All commissions made are meant for personal use.

All artwork will have a watermark that you may not remove. If you wish to post on your socials, please credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link (@bellchsmidt)

For commercial use such as sales of merchandise, sales of prints, etc, please contact me through my email as an additional +50% fees will be charged for commercial rights to the piece. Even with commercial rights, please credit me for the art produced.

I own all rights to the work. I do not allow my work to be used for AI or NFTs. I am allowed to post the work on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the work in my portfolio.

A commission will take from half month and a month, depending on the complexity of the commission, and may vary to depend on waiting list.

I have the right to refuse a commission if it is something I am not comfortable doing.

Visual references are highly encouraged in order to provide the client with the best results.

Please be kind & patient. I will not tolerate any disrespectful, hateful or rude behaviour towards me during the commission process. In the rare event that a client’s behaviour causes me to cancel the commission, I will refund 50% of the amount back to the client.

I will make revisions during the commission process, but only at the following stages:

1. At the sketch stage, I am willing to review and make adjustments to the overall composition before proceeding with the lineart.

2. Once the lineart is done and with the base colors, a revision is possible here in case the client wants to make modifications to the colors.

3. At the final rendering stage of the commission, MINOR revisions are allowed (e.g. changing the hue and saturation of specific parts, etc.). Major revisions or requested changes will not be allowed as the commission is already close to completion.

I will send updates at the sketch stage, lineart with base colors, and final rendering before sending you a PNG file of the final work via email.

Payment must be via Paypal.(could be discussed in some cases).

100% payment will be required after receiving the sketch

Prices are non-negotiable. Prices may also increase if there are additional details requested by the client (refer to listed prices)

I do not offer refunds after the complete artwork is done.

It is possible to generate a refund before starting the initial sketch of the order, if the client requests it.
